Instant dental implants

There was a programme on recently showing someone having dental implants under hypnosis, but unlike the usual ones they simply extracted four teeth and replaced them straight away, rather than wait months and then implant false bases before screwing them in.
I know there is a better system being developed but does anyone know what they did here?

with dental implant you have to go often to have them clean, and everyone that i know of who have them have terrible bad breath.

Immediate placement implants, not a new technique. However most surgeons who place them prefer not to have them loaded immediately as it reduces the chance of success.

That's rather a sweeping statement lajohn I had two implants last August; I don't have bad breath and I don't have to keep getting them cleaned. They just get brushed along with my ordinary teeth.
