arm and leg pains

I get funny sharp achey pains in my arms and legs. Just wondering if anyone gets them or knows what they are?

they could be caused by anything, do you do anything physically strenuous?

Are they aggravated by anything in particular like exercise?

No havnt done any excerciise this week and its not the type of pain its hard to explain they are kind on sharp but achey. Maybe a bit what growing pains used to feel like when your a kid. Keep getting womb ache when im not due on aswell.

Forgot to say that they can come and go. Feels like a really nagging pain.

well while im at it and i know its prob not related but ive had one of those horrible involuntry eye spasms for nearly a month. Its driving me mad sometimes constantly flickers and other times feels long and dragging.

I'd pop and see your GP, see what they think it could be.

Does it happen at certain times of the day more than others?

you sounds a bit run down, have you been stressed out lately? you can get general achiness when you are rundown

No doesnt seem to be at any particular time, very random. Suppose ma be stressed at mo, am a teacher and need the six weeks hols. Think il see gp just incase defo a paranoid person. Thanks for answers.x

I get the excact same thing snt79 and i booked an appointment with the GP today!
Im always feeling sluggish and tired. Ive never been well as a kid but its getting worse.
Oh well, report back if you find out anything!

I mentioned last weekabout `Eye Flickers` as mine had been doing it for about 3 months but they have gone now so don`t despair they will go in time, probably caused by tiredness, try going to bed earlier.
