Hi Julie. I get like that about a week before I come on. Family size bars of whole nut shout at me from the shelves in the shop. It would be cruel to leave them there!! lol

Fancy sharing that popcorn jayne? ;-)

Okay ... if you bring a dvd round pooh !!

Cool. What do you want to watch? Chick flick, horror, comedy?
Absolutey - and the moment you come on it all goes away and you wonder what the hell you were thinking!
I think it is nature's way of making you fatten up a bit before you lose all that blood and go all weak. Your body knows what's coming, so it prepares you by making you eat food for energy, so you can get through it- sugar, white carbs etc.

so its not just in my head then!!!
I actually visited this thread because it looked like it was about sex changes - I was just being nosey.

I eat like a horse before my period - all carbohydrates and bad things. I also retain fluid and am a bit constipated.

When my period arrives I start peeing for Scotland and am certainly not constipated.

To make it worse I have never ovulated due to Polycystic ovaries, this is no big deal as I like furry babies better. And, now that I have started moaning, now that I am over 40 my periods are very heavy, very very heavy.

And there is no chocolate in the house.

:-)

Chick flick/soppy comedy.

How soon can you be here? Thing1 and Thing2 are coming round later. We're going to see off a bottle here, then go down into town, have a few cocktails, then get something to eat. Then we may go to the casino, or come back here (they're both staying over), so we can all squish on the sofa with the rest of the popcorn, some more wine, and whatever dvd you bring.

How are you at cooking breakfast ??? :-))

men get the same thing weekly! but its usually with beers, currys and kebabs! hahaha!
I've been feeling like that for the past week. My stomach is so bloated at the moment as I'm due on any day.

Yesterday I had half a cheese sandwich for breakfast and 2 small cheese and salad rolls for lunch and a chocolate bar for snack. Then on my way home (I walk home 4 miles every day) I stumbled into the chicken shop and got 1 piece, 2 spicy wings, 2 spare ribs and chips. Then I went on my mini trampoline and made my steps up to 18,0000 (whilst watching Masterchef Lol). Later on in the evening a wave of nausea came on and I felt like I was going to be sick several times. Serves me right really. I should not have got the chicken meal!!!
See Tigger, I would chalk up the nausea to the exercise on the trampoline, never the amount of food. LOL

I like the carbs coupled with fat like a bagel slathered in butter or a potato w/ sourcream.
This is quite normal. Not feeling this way would be signs of abnormality and drastic measures would needed to be taken to counteract your malfunction.
