Having a slow day here at work, so I thought I'd check how my BMI is now that I've lost a bit of weight. Then it occured to me to check my WHR, too, and I'm far happier with that! :) Thought this was interesting...

According to the above link, which talks about WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio), if people were to work out whether their health was at risk with this instead of their BMI (Body Mass Index), the number of those at risk would increase threefold! It all depends on where you carry your weight on your body.
