I fell off my bike on Saturday I cut my hand and my knee but got back up and went cycling for the day. Since yesterday the back of leg behind my knee has been hurting quite badly, I can walk on it but I have a bit of a limp. Can you twist the back of your knee?

Did you hit your kneecap and the pain from there can sometimes be felt in the back of your knee.

You may have strained your hamstrings or rear cruciate ligament.
Make an appointment with the nurse at your doctor's surgery. If she thinks it needs further attention, she'll get you in to see the doctor.
