Calf pain
5 Answers
Hi, can anyone tell me what would bring on a pain in the
calf, on the outside of the leg. If it was sciatica I thought
the pain would run all the way down from the top of the
thigh. It feels like a nerve pain, but it's intermittent.
I play table tennis and it came on after a session.
Occasionally when walking, yet after exercising one time
at tt it seemed to ease the pain, so its very erratic. Has
anyone an answer. Thanks

Drink lots of fluids (more than you feel like) to see if you can get rid of it. If not, go along to a good osteopath or someone who practices chinese medicine.
Hi, thanks for the replies, i have been wearing trainer
a lot about the house, but am now wearing shoes. But
it is interesting that you mention the point about wearing
trainers.
thanks for the answer about sciatica missing the thigh
the points mentioned i will seriously consider if the pain
does not subside, and in particular will try drinking more.
