I looked in the mirror this morning.......and they were looking too big..............
so I preceded to have a healthy breakfast...4 Tunnocks Caramel Wafers, and three slices of toast smothered in pumpkin seed butter-NOT the healthy option......help me!!!...all realistic advice will be carefully considered.

You'll find that you have to bend just forward of straight down sideways, otherwise your ribcage will squeeze against your hip bone. You'll feel the best motion when you start doing it.
One good thing is that you can do them anywhere. I do them in the beach, which obviously looks ridiculous.
Another good muffin top worker is to hold hour arms out in the same position and then touch the inside of your left elbow with your right knee, and then the other way round. And again, repeat lots.
