first the wii fit now slimming pills?? :-) I wouldnt recommend any slimming pills at all. may take weight of for a bit but you'll put it all back on. However if you get that wii fit it is brilliant and you wont even know you are exercising
A lot of slimming pills are basically speed or appetitie surpessants.

There is no easy way to lose weight just:

Eat less and more healthily
take plenty of exercise
Years ago I went to private doctor and got some of these 'miracle pills'. They were legalised speed. The weight came off but as soon as I stopped taking them it went strait back on. My doctor says there were no fat people in Belsen.
55 mins of exercise a day and eat food instead of junk.

Just got wii fit today, cant wait to see if it really works
I used to take thermoburn from a site called astronutrition. I took it after Christmas when I had got to nearly 11 and a half stone. It took me around 4 months to get down to 9 stone. They might not be healthy but they definitely work. Of course you have to put the effort in as well but they make you want to exercise! You also won't want to eat very much on them. I took 1 in the morning and would only eat half a slice of toast, then an apple and a very small lunch. I would then take another before exercise and later on eat a small tea. I still ate takeaways but only small portions and drunk alot of alcohol. I have come off them now I'm a size 8 and my weight is still the same even 2 months later. I am now eating normally and not exercising as much either. They might not be the correct way to lose weight but they certainly worked for me!
atsgran make sure you have it on same surface or level each time, mt parents have a really thick rug and it said my dad weighed 9 and half stone!! And then when I took it back to mine I's put on 8lbs!!
Did you have any side effects Tigwig? What has happened since you sopped taking them?
Slimming pills like Reductil and Xenical can and do work and many people have successful results.

These medications should only be prescribed by your GP, as they do have side effects, some severe and most GPs will not prescribe them unles your BMI is 30 or above.

Reductil works by suppressing the appetite and although you will feel hungry when you need food, after eating you will feel satisfied for longer and not crave food.

Xenical works by removing fats in food from the body, but a strict, low fat diet must be adhered to, if not then the main side effect is that excesses of fat will be flushed from the bowels, when least expected.
Most of the side effects are good! They give you a real buzz and make you want to exercise. They can make you extra moody and if taken too late on in the day interrupt sleep but like I said, they work. Nothing has happened since I stopped taking them, my weight is the same and I am now eating normally and have cut down on the exercise alot. I think if you really are at the correct weight for your body then maintaining that weight isn't too difficult. I still am quite active, walking alot and bike riding I just don't do the 30 mins of vigourous exercise I did whilst on the tabs for 5-6 times a week!
Which one did you take Tigwig? How much weight did you lose?
I took Thermolean and Thermoburn (not together!) I was nearly 11 and a half stone and now I'm 9 so almost 2 and a half stone!
