Tragus Piercing

Howdy, have had my tragus pierced for probably 6 years now and have no bother with it. But the BCR I was pierced with has never been changed so its quite large. I want to swap it with something smaller - doesnt have to be a BCR, was looking at labrets but feel it might get in the way of earphones?
What is the smallest I can get (be it ring or bar) and where can I buy it please, my piercer doesnt stock anything smaller than what I am wearing and I am unsure of the sizes, have looked online but there are so many sizes its a bit baffling. Also your opinions on whether ring or bar would be better.

i have a bar in mine, just swapped had a ring originally. i can wear earphones ok with it. Not sure what size mine is but your piercer should be able to tell you what size you need,he should also be able to buy the size,colour of stone etc you require :o)
