why do some parents use their car to Gas their kids??

I often see people driving with their kids in the back, windows up, puffing away on a cancer stick gassing their own kids. The amusing thing is though they usually have a "child on board" sticker! I mean what are they saying don't kill our kid before we've had a chance to gas em!

my mum used to do this and to be honest its just plain ignorance. I dont think as many people do it today though thank god

No concern for their kids health or safety..........

There is also the parents that let their kids stand up on the seats in the back with no safety belts on, and as for those '' child on board stickers '', they really annoy me. grrr

The original idea of those 'child on board' stickers was to notify the emergency services that there should be a child in the vicinity of the accident.

As the driver never bothers to remove it, it is pointless.

I had friends that used to both smoke on long journeys with kids on board, the youngest used to say it made him feel sick, so they opened his window and carried on.
Funnily enough I thought this would have put him off cigs for life, but no, he is is 18 now and smokes-- you know what they say----- if you cant beat 'em ------join 'em.

Both my parents smoked, but they didn't know the dangers back then , I detest it , its great to go out now and have a drink, meal and don't smell fags polluting the air ...
