im only in my early 30s but at the temple and round the hair line i am white im to embarressed to go to the hairdressers i want to dye it at home before i get it cut what is a good dye and the best way to cover stubborn grey

Cheeky is right - most hair colourants now cover grey and they're really easy to use too. Try not to be embarrassed. Have a word with your hairdresser. Maybe some well placed highlights would do it instead of a whole head colourant which then leads to the 'root regrowth' problem.

There's absolutely nothing to be embarressed about, I found my first grey hair at the age of 18. I started colouring my hair myself when I was about 30, but it didn't look very natural. I have been going to the hairdressers to have my hair coloured since my mid 30's, and I bet I was a lot greyer than you, I have two mallen streaks, aswell as the 'salt and peppering'.
