For the past 5 years i have been looking after some properties for my boss, who is my friend. It is half populated by junkies and alkies.
The junkies attract other junkies who steal and leave needles everywhere, until i get them and throw them out. Bodily usually. Since i am housebound at this time, one who i have had dealings with in the past, a big fella, a real bully, who now runs when he sees me has gone down there as my car is not there to warn him and beat up one of the vulnerables, a little alkie guy, so i was right all along when i was criticized for rearing up at these people from the off, soon as you don't, they take the p1ss.
Well i am going away from it all soon.
But i am real angry about it, the cops will do nothing. That is why i have to.

Know what you mean, I used to look after 4 cheap rent properties for a former landlord and after the previous guy left it all went to crap and became a nightmare.

I took over and it took a hell of a lot of work to get it back to a decent place to live and I had to be so careful when letting rooms to people.

Eventually, bar a few of the troublemakers who were there from before who, to be fair, had improved a lot, things became so much better, just took a lot of time and patience.

I heard after I left things all went to crap again though :(

I built these places 20 years ago, so i have quite a history with them and the tenants for good or bad they are human beings, but they keep the place fairly peaceful considering.
Then the bag heads that don't live there, don't care, come round and cause crap, breaking down doors etc.
