i am really sad , my boyfriend who live sin the US is now telling me to find someone who is better than him..because he knows i can be a great wife and a great lover, he really loves me and all but he said that there is something inside him that won't allow it to happen ( being together and live happily) because of his past ( he was treated negatively by his friends) and now he doesnt like anyone get close to him because he will think that these people are taking advantage of him...I love him so much and i don't know how to move on with my life...please anybody can give advice..thank you

I'm sorry to say this but it sounds just like a lame ditch excuse not to take the relationship further. The fact is, if someone really loves you, they will want to be with you no matter what - love conquers all. Believe me I know, as I had a long distance relationship which didn't work out. So being treated negatively by friends should not be an excuse. It's hard, but there IS someone out there for you and you will look back in time and be glad you were well shot of him! Good luck.
