gluten and dairy free foods in spain

Hi im going on holiday in a few weeks to spain and i am getting worried that im going to find it hard to eat out over there as i am on a gluten and dairy free diet. Does anybody know whether the supermarkets have a range of free from foods or know spanish for gluten and dairy free??
