Not this old chestnut again! Yes they do, BUT it is TINY compared to the volume of liquid you have taken in when consuming them.
That is, if you drink 100ml of Coffee then 100ml of liquid does not pass straight through you (as some on here have suggested - joggerjayne for one). It might cause, maybe, 0.01ml of liquid that might have been absorbed/utilised to not be absorbed/utlised and thus "pass straight through" but that is all.
ALL liquids are valid for calculating your daily fluid intake.
