how can i stop worrying?

bf set off yesterday, it is over 12 hours flight. the flight landed this morning 10ish, i still havnt heard of anything to say arrived safe, i sarted worrying more and more now.mobile doesnt work either.
will you worry if you have friends or family member who is taking long flight?or just me a bit too paronoid

So stop worrying. If he had a stopover, he has probably been delayed and soon he will call and you will be laughing at yourself!!!

thanks for replies, he went to hongkong. i checked online, the flight arrived ontime, which is good. but he suppose to call me once he got hotel. as he got strong fear of flying, so he took valium and achol sometimes on flight, and happened before once, he passed out on flight. thats why im worrying even knew the flight landed fine....

He probably made it to the hotel and is now sleeping it off!

hi funny i hope so, i am a worrier tho, i will be worrying until i actually heard his voice i guess. his company should arrange pick up and just hope he is sleeping in his apartment now....

hi tiggerhippy, he had few drinks before set off from out local airport, then transfer from heathrow, got text last nite when he was waiting for next flight, he was drinking wine and ready to take valium, so hopfully when he wake up, he is not still in heathow...

does anyone else have strong fear of flying! i never had problem with it, so hard to image how does it feel...

I hate flying mirela -so can understand the easy option Gravy took.

Sorry but im laughing at him still sleeeping in Heathrow -but in saying that even altjo he's a pain the arse if you love someone uou cant help but worry about them so i'm sure he will be just fine -if he feel out a window he would go up the way.

Remember he will have jet lag as well and you'll know you cant fight that xx

i was laughing at him yesterday in airport actually, he was kepting saying it is probably last time to see me, he gonna die, plane gonna crush etc. lol i told him, normally nasty people like him could live longlife....
anyway if tommorrow any annoying thread pop out, then we all know, he is alive!!
