Broidesmaid dilema

Last year I became really close to my partners best mates girlfriend. I thought I had found a true friend we shared so much in common and even all went on holiday together...this was the changing point, when we were on holiday she began to make comments about my appearance and my figure, which at first were complimentary and then quite frankly became nasty and spiteful for example.. you cant come to my wedding that skinny and pretty you will have to get fat and spotty. One evening she flew at me after she had drunk ALOT ( I was sober) I was gutted she slagged me off openly to her partner, and I decided to confront her and sort it out, she denied slating me openly and the proceeded to harm herself in front of me. I calmed her and put her to bed and woke in the morning thinkin I needed to help her. She ignored me for 24 hours before decideing to be "normal " the rest of the holiday! I am incredibly sensitive and in my line of work have delat with self harm etc, but had never experienced something like this. Upon returning home we went to a party, to which she appologised and thanked me for being a good friend and standing by her after all she had doen, then promptly asked me to be a bridesmaid at her wedding.. infornt of everyone!!! I agreed but feelin in two minds and dont know what to do. I am not as close to her as I was prior to our holiday and have infact tried to distance myself. But what should I do about the bridesmaid situation. as recently she told me I was going to be her size zero skinny cow bridesmaid. Suggestions greatfully taken on board. x
