I normaly sleep for around 4-5 hours.
I feel its all I need, yet my friend at work sleeps for 8 plus hours a night.
So im interested in finding out the average time people sleep for.
Thanks in advance

I can't sleep more than 8 hours, my body just wakes up, which is annoying at a weekend LOL.

I like to get about 8 hours sleep, but will be fine on about 7 as well. Any less than than that, and will feel a bit tired during the day. I have heard that you should not have tea, coffee, coke or any caffeine at all after 1pm if you want to sleep at night. Sleep with the window open, and in the dark obviously. There are a few other ways I could mention to help you sleep, but can't mention them on a family website. Will be happy to give you all ladies a demonstration though.
Seriously though, you can buy a band which will help you sleep. Can't tell you if it works, as have only just ordered it, but will fill you all in after have had it a while (the anti-insomnia band, that is)! See website below:
