Hi

I am 4 days late with my period, and I know I am not pregnant. I am having all the usual symptoms (cramps, etc), but there's no blood. I haven't changed my diet and I don't think I've lost weight. Myperiods are always regular give or take a day or 2. Should I be worried?

Thanx

Mrs 16AFA (a nurse) says no, nothing to worry about, 4 days is nothing, but it may be longer still if you worry about being late
i have skipped periods odd times when i have been very stressed.also if you are on the pill the hormones can cause you to skip a period.wouldnt hurt to check with your doc
Hi there,

I have studied your case. In your situation, you do not need to worry about this. As you said that you are sure that you are not pregnant. The thing is that you are a bit later than your extra time duration of the normal period.

And about the usual symptoms, it is normal because your period is almost at its borderline. So that is why your body will react a little bit according to it.

So, don't worry about it. It will be okay. Still, if you facing the late period problem often then being a medical researcher, would suggest you consult a Gynec doctor or can contact me through - [email protected]
Hey,

I have gone through your case. You don’t need to worry about it at all. As you are confident that you are not pregnant then your period is a bit later than your normal duration. These things are common in some cases.

However, if you have any more queries then you can contact us on - [email protected]
