I was at a food festival yesterday with a mate and somehow between us we managed to purchase four different bottles of their sauces.... here's what we bought:-
Irish Whisky & Mustard Vinaigrette (gorgeous over a simple green salad)
Red Chilli & Garlic Sauce (I had this over some indian snacks - mushroom pakoras and veg samosas - at lunch time today... wow)
Orange, Chilli & Cumin Marinade (not yet opened but it sounds flipping marvellous hehe)
Raspberry Walnut Sauce & Dressing (also not yet opened but again it sounds good....)
The only problem I can see with these sauces is that they have to be used up within four weeks of being opened...(being kept in the fridge in the meantime)... now how on earth am I going to get them to stretch out to four weeks each ?
