Free Cosmetic Surgery, Any Offers?

I want to jump on the bandwagon, and have cosmetic surgery, any qualified people out there who want to help out? I am open to any procedures reccomended, but not sex change, lol. For training purposes, promotional, HELP.

Personally, I think cosmetic surgery has gone too far. I read in the 'Daily Mail' today that a girl has had calf implants. It showed pictures of before & after, but I failed to see what difference it had made! May I just add, I do believe in cosmetic surgery for medical reasons.
