i go to the gym 4 times a week and work various heavy weights on diffent groups ofthe body one each day e.g legs one day arms the next everythingis going fine and i am sowly growing muscle,BUT I have to eat alot of pasta etc to help my muscles grow and stuff and have now developed a rather large pot belly :) is there any way oflosing it? please no1 say sit ups as that woud just help me acheve a six pack under the fat......is there any way of me eating the amount of calouries need to be muscley but not have the fat piggy belly>? thanks for the advice (if any)
You know something H has the same problem. He has this bit on the lower stomach that just won't shift. He's done everything to move but it just won't budge.

well thats good to hear im not alone :) thats the same bit i can shift :) rhe top of my belly is slightly toned but the bottom is getting fatter and fater :( i havent got a nutritionist nearby andwouldnt know where to look for one... should i just stop eating so much for a while? i try to eat anything with protein in for example anything with meats in or pasta/rice i also drink a protein shake a day.....when i do eat i have to say i eat ALOT but i thought that is what is need to become like the incredible hulk ;) lol
