i think i ate too much junk :(

im comforting eating right now, just had two packets of wotsits and a biscuit, now i feel sick :( but i want to eat more!!

im not even hungry nor feel like eating this junk, but im just putting junk in my mouth! :( i cant help it

yes ive been feeling really low lately.... ... :'( please take these junk food off me, or i will physically be sick!!

ohh i dont wanna cry ... why am i crying sooo much!! :'(

aww hun i realy feel for you, the more high carbs you eat the more you will want, try nibbling on cheese or bits of chicken. infact anything with high protien will fill you up then you will not have the need to binge on carbs.
maybe st johns worts tablets may help you with depression hence the crying...hope you feel better in the morning hun xx

eating junk food is not going to help you, But you know that. Snack on some dark chocolate.... and on a vitamin bit here, Vitamin B or a B complex can help you if you are feeling down.. you will notice the difference if you take it for a few weeks.

i feel worse in the morning. i turn up to work... and i just sob in the toilets for 5 mins. this has been going on for a few months now.

in the evening im searching for junkfood, im not even hungry or peck-ish. :'(

i dont have any of those food u guys have suggested on here, all i have r .. biscuits, crisps, chocolates....noodles...

i am taking Kalms at the mo to help me sleep.

Well Bear, you are obviously suffereing from depression. I don't know your history, but assuming you haven't been to your GP, you should probably go.

I get very depressed 2-3 weeks before my period and will stay in bed all day (when not at work) and between bouts of sobbing, will eat junk all day.
Aww hun...we talked about this a few months ago......did you ever get yourself some high potency Vit B's as i suggested a couple of weeks ago. The junk food is only going to bring your mood down hun.....you must-as BB says-eat lots of protein and complex carbs. Choc is just a quick fix that then turns on you.

im just a miserable bear.

i just feel everyone hates me and no one wants to know me :'( i keep saying to my work colleague, i just want to jump out of the window right now... (im on the 7thfloor)

pasta ive looked at those Vit B in boots, soo many types wasnt sure which ones to get. But im taking Kalms atm though. it has helped me sleep, im getting the 7 hrs sleep :)
I agree with both pasta and Velvetee. You sound depressed hun, and junk food'll only give you a temporary fix. Send that em. xx
go to a healthfood shop and ask about the Vit B tabs. A lot of them sold in boots are not high potency enough.

but if you are crying on a daily basis, I think also you may need a little more help. Though taking anti depessants help you over the low times, they dont get to the root of the problem. But still worth having a chat with your gp. They do a questionaire on you there and then to find out if you are suffering from depression
Not in BOOTS hun.....go to Holland&Barrett...or any health food store...you will need a high potency Vit B6....or multi-B...with 100mg of each B
If it is a good shop-they will advise you.

i dont think i want to see my GP. its a diff GP everytime, dont have a proper GP. i just dont want to talk about it.

oh man.. i do feel really sick...
i think i'l just lie down... sorry for bing soo misserable.

(Just trying to cheer you up. Seriously though, go to your GP and get antidepressants, or get a S.A.D. lightbox. These things worked for me).
whitebear i also comfort eat when i am sad or depressed even when i am not hungry.i dont have a cure but just want you to know your not alone.hope your future will be more bright
