Does anyone remember a large and articulate post today called "Chatterbank Hits All Time Low" ? (It's now in AB Suggestions) ?
Apparently not, because 'ere we go again! Has the mystical pub opened yet yet folks ? Are we wasting internet bandwidth and AB disk space wondering if mine's a large gin and tonic. Go on, flame me, I don't give a monkey's bum, but goodness sake this is like some little club where "who'd like a cup of tea" or "I'm cooking breakfast" gets squeals of lol and 1798 replies whereas questions about the meaning of life get 3. I am just a miserable old git, but sod_the_m25 is not my real name, shock horror, and I can always come back as someone else to try and prod the utter utter trivia to where it belongs - some other chatroom on some other site. The life expectancy of this post before it gets pulled is no more than 18 hours. ROFFL.

you only joined this version of CB, you were never on the short lived buy frenetic original CB. If you had been you wouldn;t have lasted 5 minutes, I am pretty sure of that, there were people using that site that were far quicker at googling than you are.

I do wonder what the current CB would have been like, and would be like, if you had never joined, I think you attract alot of the green names that cause trouble, but it has been commented to me, and don't shoot the messenger, that you are creating some of these vile green names in order to present yourself as the saviour and stalwart of this site, and so put yourself in the frame for moderator. As i said, it's a comment I have read, in my own opinion I had never considered that a possibility and I do not wish to speculate the outcome if the ed ever got around to using technology to get to the bottom if any such conspiracy.

As I say, donlt shoot the messenger, in fact, forwarned is forarmed, and if people are emailing the ed with this suggestion, you perhaps should be aware of it.
