When I was out Friday night one of my colleagues said that people are scared of me at work and that I'm some kind of enforcer. My senior manager said during my mid-year review that I was a stalwart whaterver that means. I would hate to think that I'm unaproachable because I do like to help people and I'm trying to do my job to rule. I treat everybody fairly and am compassionate to those with issues. I'm a pussycat really.
Ah sweetie! Don't take the hump!
You don't scare me doll.
Was alcohol involved when this conversation took place? If so, discount everything that was said! xxxx
But your post doesn't contain a question! Don't worry about being thought scary at work - it's a common reaction to someone who is simply good at their job and would like it if others were good at theirs. It's when people think you're always scary that you have to worry.
O cra@p -I was typing and didnt realsie that TB had left -I really hope she comes back and realises that we are not on here all the time -I answered as soon as I saw it.
aww you are not scarey tigger, it could be that your more interested in working and the people that define you as scary are the ones who keep slacking off all the time
