220lbs at 14, even if you're 6ft tall, is clinically obese, and that's the simple truth. Ask your doc. Starving yourself is not going to help, because trust me, all the weight you're losing this way, you will put back on, and more, once you start eating again.
You have to understand the way your body works.
Being defensive is not going to help. Saying "well, I have 4 guys after me" isn't going to help, because you're obviously not happy with yourself. Otherwise you wouldn't have posted.
