My Knees !!
4 Answers
I tripped over the cat a few weeks back and my dodgy knee was twisted.I havent been to the GP.Its blooming really sore tho.
My other knee is now giving me gip -could I inadvertantly be putting pressure on the good knee do you think. ?
I am waliking like an old woman (shurrup anyone who knows my age lol) but i work every afternoon and am always on the go -I walk to my work and obviously back to maintain a degree of fitness.
I played tons of sport right into my early thirties at an amateur level so i know i would have cartilege probs but when do accede and go to the GP -thats what i'm driving at -he knows my left knee is effed but he wanted to postpone it but its really sore now and I mean really sore and now the other bleeder has flared up.
Right -advice on cartilege please !!!

I tore my Calf muscle (sport), and was given a crutch, problem was, favouring my other leg, another old sport injury, had so many problems, I had to throw the crutch away, thats why I thing your sumise is probably the right one.
