Does a persons body automatically put weight on in the winter? I always seem to gain weight in the winter and wondered if this is because the body is storing more fat to keep you warm?
With thedark nights and cold weather theres a lot of comfort eating in winter.Add to that the gorging of the xmas season too and excessive amounts of alcohol.
