Help it is my son's 4th Birthday and his party is on the 16th and I have 20 kids who i need to get party bags for and I do not have a clue what to get has anyone got any ideas?
Yeah, you can go to your local supermarket and pick multi packs of snack size chocolate bars for under 2, i shop at asda and they do their own range of sweets at very reasonable prices. Such as the smart price packs of lollies for under 40 pence. Then a pack of balloons will set you back about 1. All in all i reckon you could fill 20 party bags for under 5! P.S - adding a slice of birthday cake fills the bag up a bit more! Enjoy the party!
A little toy of some sort is always good, along with a balloon (not blown up obviously!) mini chocolate bar, a lollipop (you can get big bags of lollies from any supermarket!) a piece of birthday cake and maybe a party popper? Things like that.
magnets, silly putty, those things you throw at the wall and then they slowly slide down, penny racers always go down well as infact do any windup car typed things... looks like its a trip to the local joke shop you'll need to be making. Hope Joe has a really great birthday
i think all these answers are great!! dont worry too much remember kids are entertained by the simplest things!!
Good luck have a great day and most important DONT STRESS!! x x
Hi Joes Mum, I asked same question last year, not being a techno I can't link you to it but if you put 'Party Bags' in the search box on the left my question, with great answers, is in the list titled 'party Bags'
For multipacks of party bag fillers you can also try Woolworths. I also put assorted stickers/albums in party bags once, they went down well. In our neck of the woods, an individual present per child is gaining in popularity as opposed to party bags. I bought packs of bargain books from The Book People once, wrapped them up individually and it went down well, with a slice of birthday cake, instead of sweets etc.
I recently bought from a website called Monster Parties. They arrived the next day and were really good value. There are loads of filled bags to choose from or you can make your own. The website was called www.monsterparties.co.uk
