Yes. Read up on it then couldn't not.

Can't say it was the nicest thing I've ever done and didn't feel much of a difference after save the knowledge of what I'd hopefully got rid of.

They do say you need to have a few before you feel the benefit though I've never been tempted to go back.
me too.. and much the same result. I'd like to try a short course but it's pricey.

Ha ha ha ha!!!! Why on earth pay xxx pounds to have a tube put up your.... when surely a dose of epsom Salts'd work just as well!!! : )
Had a similar thing when my son was overdue; did the trick and I started labour a couple of hours later. Not very pleasant though; can't see why you'd pay to have something like that done.

Colonic Irrigation is just a posh name for an enema. You can buy enema kits at most chemists and use them in the privacy of your own home.No need to pay hundreds of pounds for the 'pleasure' of having to sit on a toilet in a strange place making horrible toilet noises.lol
