senior in charge in residential home, 10 long hrs by myself while everyone hopefully sleeps till at least half 5(i pray) still ill myself but theres no one to cover my sickness so have to go in. cant be bothered with the grief after if i dont so wont be doing alot of work, at the minute just dressing the kids leaves me exhausted. oh to be healthy better
