at the top of my legs both legs touch each other what exercise can i do to have legs that don't touch- and how long will it take to achieve my goal? plz help

Try cycling - good for toning legs, thighs and bum. Running / jogging - excellent for lower part of body. These exercises are good cuz you're getting cardio aswell as toning the areas at the same time. You may need to join a gym for best results though. Because the gym will have the equipment specially catered for specific areas. All the best...
