I am doing body building also my body is in good shape but 2 months back when i took Creatine with Amino 3000 for the first time in my life..
I gain 4 kg which is good.. but my abs are no more clear and my upper stomach part came out little bit and i am really conscious about it ... help me out !

The people who have the best abs are usually true Mesomorphs, which means their natural bodytype will gain muscle easily and not hold very much bodyfat. Most people are a combination of two or even the three Somatotypes.
I've been to many Bodybuilding competititions and few of the contestants have perfect abs. The only way to have visible abs, is by reducing body fat substantially, as a man, you will need to reduce bodyfat to below 10% for your abs to show.

You mention your upper stomach sticking out??? I take it you mean the top 2 abs of your stomach, well mine does as well and I think a lot of peoples do. I wouldnt worry about it.
I think the only way your gonna be able to show off your muscles is if you get to a point where your happy with your strength, start working more on your cardio. Run a little bit further on the treadmill, do a couple of extra miles on the bike, put the resistance low on a rowing machine and see if you can beat an olympian time (which you should be able to do with little resistance)
This way your gonna start to burn fat, but not at an incredible unhealthy way.
Also if you do try the cardio get somebody to look at your body for you, they will see all the differencs you wont.
