Help needed in Birmingham

I urgently need to speak to anyone who lives in the Birmingham area. I have just found out my mum has terminal cancer and I need to get in contact with my brother. He sells the big issue usually and begs for money. He is very approachable. His name is Andrew Rodbourne. He is 5 foot 6 inches. Last time I saw him 1 year ago he was missing a lot of his front teeth and had long hair. He usually has a beard and is generally well spoken. Also he usually wears a hat. My mum is very ill in Sri Lanka and It is very important I contact him. my mum is living in Sri Lanka at the moment and I am working in Hong Kong. i would probably pay the ticket. but its more to do with that he has the right to know i guess.. i tried both numbers and they couldnt help so far but the police are enquiring.
