I always asks questions, heres another lol, i eat so much food but only am 9 stone 5 ' 8 at 16. I just eat so much dont put nout on. is there any foods that i could eat without cooking that would put weight on

Don't worry pompey. You're a very fit young man and burn alot of calories off doing your sports.
I find that chocolate piles on the pounds, as do biscuits and cakes! and I agree with Fakeplastic...the metabolism slows down as you get older.

Pompey, you should be eating food high in protein, milk, eggs, fish, meat. And doing as much exercise as you can. Try 20 sit ups and 20 press ups when you get up, and the same before you go to bed. I used to be a skinny runt at 16, now I'm 6 ft tall and nearly 16 stone. And I ain't fat. If your metabolism isn't set for making muscle then it ain't neant to be, but what you will do it tone what you've got.
