Post pregnancy spots/prickly heat any advice???

Hi All

Hope your well.

This might be a random place to post this question and it may have been better placed in 'health and beauty' but i guess you people will know more about pregnant/post pregnant bodies....

My daughter is now 4 wks old (and doing well for those who followed my ups and downs lol) and i am doing okay too apart from the fact that I have come out in tiny spots all over my face. These spots are not ugloy as such in fact they are hardly visible more like prickly heat rash but without the itch???

I have always been lucky enough to have clear skin so does anyone know if this is a common problem post pregnancy and if there is anything i can do to help it go away???
