Since downloading downloadhelper, my Virgin web page won't load.

In it's place I get the message 'connection to portal-sql failed'

Any ideas please, Ethel?

I also don't get the downloaderhelper icon on my tool bar. If I do what it says in the help, I cannot find the icon in the list, so as to enable me to drag it onto my toolbar.

No idea at all.

Disable it in your 'addons', and see if you can open Virgin web page then.

As you know I too have Virgin although I don't use their web page very often. I have no problem opening it though.

See what happens.

Virgin web page loaded with no problem today, so I guess it must have been a problem at their end.

By the way I found that I do get the downloaderhelper icon if I right click my mouse button, it is in the list of others.

May I be cheeky enough to ask you just one more question please?

Periodically I keep getting Zone Alarm popping up telling me that "Prevalence Reporter" is trying to access the trusted zones, any ideas? I keep on denying access.
