I have had a knee replacement 3 months ago. I am relatively pain free and the knee is getting to be more flexible each week, however it clicks when I exercise it and my ankle is very puffy. Would any reader know if this is normal?

Never had a knee replacement, but:

1) "clicking knee" is within normal expectations.
2) Provided one ankle only, then no need to worry as it is probably due to lack of full mobiltiy of operated leg.
If you are walking or standing a lot, puffy or swollen ankles are just normal. What exercises are you doing for your knee surgery recovery?
