I wouldn't recommend it, and I don't think any reputable tattoo artist would tattoo a pregnant woman.

You could possibly catch Hepatitis, if by some stroke of misfortune, the needle was infected.

If you go to a reputable studio they will give you advice. Take it, as you should not take any risks if you are pregnant.

You can buy realistic temporary tattoos if you can't wait! Good Luck with the pregnancy. If it is you that is with baby. :)
