Does anyone know if the company above does 'pay as you go' (as in per day) memberships? As I know they do long term memberships and 2 week memberships. I can't afford to pay for a long term membership, but would like to go occasionally. Thanks :)
The Fitness First in the town here did a moonlight flit taking customers with them. Most of these gyms rely on tying you into a contract, which when you read the small print mean you have to go to elaborate lengths to cancel it, during which they continue to charge you.
I'd go to a council-run facility if you can, or get a big quiet exercise bike.
