Hello,

I've recently started watching the BBC series 'House of Cards' (I live in Kenya so it takes a while for things to get here!). There's a character played by Malcolm Tierney and while I was watching I realised that his mannerisms, accent and face is exactly the same as Christopher Eccleston's - I was absolutely convinced that Malcolm must be Christopher's father or at least uncle but, having checked on Blackle etc. it doesn't appear to be the case - am I going mad? If anyone knows of any connection I would be very very grateful!

No connection other than both good actors. Both Northerners.

By the way, HofC is absolutely brilliant. Seen it twice over the years with a fantastic twist at the end...........................
