a girl at work has asked me if I know of any good firming creams for the face and neck areas - since I am only 34 and nothing seems to be heading south just yet - I dont know of any...

Creams don't work. For non invasive treatment try CACI Quantum. I had it for 6 years and my skin is firm and line free, even though I'm almost 40.
