Has anyone used this and found it successful?
My SIL has started using it and I looked at the packet to see what exactly it had in it and in my opinion it looked a load of crap! Just herbs basically. It said you would lose weight if you followed a low calorie diet and exercised too! Well surely if you do that you don't need to spend 25 per week on the tablets as well do you?

It is a load of rubbish. You may as well buys a pot of Lecithin and sprinkle over your food, that will help.

But as the product says, if you eat a low cal diet and exercise you will lose weight, which you would do anyway, without the product.
So long as you exercise off more calories than you're putting in, the weight'll slowly drop off anyway, unless there's an undiagnosed medical problem. Some herbal preparations act as mild diuretics or cause a faster excretion of waste products, so in this way, they could be said to help with weight loss, but overall, tablets which proimise this have a short-lived action. Once you stop taking htem, the weight'll pile on again unless you educate your body into accepting the right foods, and less of it.
I`ve got a diet that works, you can lose a stone in a week

I did it and it works

most of the diets that claim you lose pounds really mean s!
the interesting thing about Lipobind is - if you watch the TV advert - it never actually states ANYWHERE what the product is for or what it does! Wonder if maybe they legally cant actually claim anything!!!
