friends for dinner tomorrow. The problem is is that I'll probably end up cooking it as per usual. She can't handle raw meat or chicken so she waits for me to come and prepare it for roasting.
When I was younger my mum I used to watch my mum prepare and cook food and she used to get me to clean the chicken and de-giblet it so I have no problems doing it.
Does anyone else have an aversion to touching raw meat or is it just my friend?
