Twin movie

there was this movie from the mid 80's to 90's. i think it was a made for tv movie. there was a good twin and a bad twin. that or was twin got all the attention. they went to their grandmas house or something and their was a car accident. the bad twin couldn't get her seat belt of in time and she died. or atleast everone thinks she is dead until she starts haunting her twin. they might just be sisters but i think they are twins. PLEASE i am going bonkers!!!!!!!

Was it "Happy Birthday to me"? a series of deaths and then at the end, the "bad twin" got all the dead people together around a table and had a birthday party :-S
