Chest X-ray

I have just had a routine chest x-ray and it appears to be a small tumor, the doctor, says it could just be a build up of the common cold,(more test to be done) or should I worry that it could be more, I am abit scepticle that it is a build up of a common cold, can anyone else give me there views or experiences, I dont feel no pain, or am I just being paranoid

Did doctor say tumour?  Seems more likely he mentioned a lump or a mass?  Don't panic, we all think the worst and it rarely is.
