Most medical opinion suggests that colonic routing should be in the evacuation direction. Jetting water up your duck-run i.e. against the flow aint good!

i have had it done. The procedure itself was ok nothing awful - bit uncomfortable but not painful. I could not say though if it did much for me. I did think I would go back yearly as thought it must be good for the body to get a clear out now and again (I know this should not be done often) but I keep finding other things to spend my money on.

I read up on it and was kinda grossed out at the reasons they give why you should have one so went for it.

It wasn't the most pleasant experience of my life and can't say I'd be tempted again.
