weird cycles

I am usually bang on 28 (ish) days but for some weird reason this once appeared after only 14 days! Aaargh. I've never had this before. Any ideas what could cause this other than early menopause? I am 39. Thanks!

You could be entering the peri-menopause,this is the time before the actual menopause and can last for several years. Your periods do become irregular at this time and will vary in duration and heaviness. It could just be 'one of those things' though so don't worry too much :)
