Fabulous - put me down for a tenner's worth on a Monday lunchtime!
Personally I think it's a TERRIBLE idea. If I took 30mins sleep in my lunch hour I would feel groggy and dopey when I woke up and never be able to get going again for the rest of the day. Plus we only get 30mins for lunch so there'd be no time to eat (although I do eat whilst working anyway, I just keep to soft things that the customers can't hear me chewing down the phone). But I guess if others wanted to do it, no reason why not...
oh, what a lovely idea! i've often thought that i'd love a quick snooze in the lunchbreak at work but there's nowhere to go! In reality though, i'm not too sure i'd like to share the pod with random work colleagues...especially if they drool in their sleep... ugh.

I wouldn't be able to get up when the alarm went off.

I presume these pods would be along the idea of those Japanese hotel things where you sleep in a stacked up pod system.  I wonder if they would have double pods?!

I don't think i'd be able to fall asleep in half an hour and if i did there'd be no way i'd get up and go back to work, specialy with these dark days yuk! I'd stay snuggled in there all afternoon!
I can just do this at my desk...why pay a pound?

Fab idea - for me anyway.  I have narcolepsy and I'm supposed to have short naps like this during the day, but that's not very realistic during working hours.  Naturally if I used one I would fall asleep straight away but I'd imagine most people would find it difficult to fall asleep within 30 mins?  However my Sleep Consultant has told me that such catnaps are beneficial, not just for narcoleptics.

i think its mainly aimed at people who work in factories that do long hours.handy if you do overtime and want to rest in peace for a quiet nap before you work for 3or 4 hours overtime.laura_sakura you must have an easy job and an easy going boss.some people are just born lucky.

I hope the make a 'micro-wave' version so i can get 8 hours kip in 30 minutes !.
