Hi for a week now I have tried Alli but have not lost anything at all despite going to the gym 3 times for an hour and a quarter, body balance once for an hour and also swimming once for an hour.

I have also honestly stuck to the recomended eating plan all week, except once when I had a big meal for my birthday. However strangely I did not suffer any side effects even though I know I ate far too much and it was fatty. But like I say this was only once in the whole week.

Has anybody else tried it, had any success or not suffered any side effects?

Thanks

I'd say a week is a bit early for a difference to become apparent, whether you were just dieting or dieting, exercising and taking alli.
Give it another two weeks and you ought to start noticing if you keep it up.
I have tried alli - got mild dose of the 'trots' but found giving up red wine far more effective for weight loss.
Don't forget that muscle weighs a lot more than fat - if you are exercising to that degree you will be building muscle as well as losing fat.
More effecting to use a tape measure once a month than scales.
yes started it sat and first day great oily .......etc

now nothing walking fast to and from work 2 hrs and keeping to healthy diet, maybee the problem fat turning to muscle as last answer !
its really annoying !
